The Index

Capacity, in a single number.

The Performance Stability Index (PSI) captures the capacity of you and your team in a single score, pinpoints the main constraint and shows, every eight weeks, how much has shifted. The number that explains your other numbers.

The Method

Having capacity is not the same as being able to use it.

The Human Stability Architecture, as I call it, is built on four layers. Each layer caps the one above it. Output cannot exceed what structure allows, and structure cannot hold on a foundation that fails to recover. The same four layers apply to one person and to an entire team.

The Program

From baseline to proof.

  1. starting point · baseline

    Baseline

Every team member is measured across the four layers. This is the reference point against which everything that follows is compared. It identifies the main constraint for each individual and for the team as a whole.

  2. report 1 · week 8

    Intervention

We intervene where the impact is greatest: recovery, daily structure, decision points or work environment. One constraint at a time, not everything at once.

  3. report 2 · weeks 16 to 24

    Proof

Every eight weeks, the board receives a report showing the shift relative to the baseline.

Six months. Thirty minutes per participant every two weeks, online or on site. No offsites, no team days. Just a number that moves.

The Report

What your board receives.

One report every eight weeks: the score, the shift in each layer, the current main constraint and three priorities. Without traceable data.

Score
A single number for the team, benchmarked against the baseline and the previous measurement.
By layer
What is moving across Biology, Energy, Structure and Output.
Main constraint
Which layer is holding the team back right now. When that shifts, this is where you see it first.
Priorities
Three at most. What gets embedded, what gets revised and what it requires of leadership.

Two ways to get started.
